My flight from Milan to Madrid was a pleasant journey. The flight schedule was punctual, departing at 12:25 and arriving at 16:55. My reserved window seat was comfortable, with plenty of legroom. Wifi and power sockets were available. The service was friendly, the catering good and the cleanliness spotless. One special situation was that I was celebrating my birthday on board and the cabin crew brought me a small cake as a surprise. Landing on time, but a little noisy. Price-performance ratio was excellent.

My highlight of the trip was definitely eating a fillet of beef on the plane. It wasn't the best steak I've ever eaten, but I would give it a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. The atmosphere on the plane was very nice. It was relaxed and clean. The members of staff were very nice to every passenger without exception, as far as I could tell. I had one stopover.

Due to unfavourable weather conditions, I unfortunately had to spend some time in a stationary aircraft. To be more precise, it was about 45 minutes before the pilot was authorised to take off. I admit I was a little scared when the plane took off because it felt very uncontrolled. But the pilot handled everything perfectly. It was very clean and comfortable.

The toilet in the aircraft was very clean and large. The temperature on the plane was pleasant, so I was able to travel relaxed in a T-shirt. My flight from Milan to Madrid with Air France went well for the most part. The online booking was easy and flight AF1331 took off on time. My seat was cramped, with no wifi or power sockets, and the noise level on the aircraft was high, with one passenger collapsing during the flight, but the cabin crew responded quickly and professionally. The aircraft and the WCs were clean. The flight landed on time. Good value for money.

My flight from Milan to Madrid was a mixture of efficiency and a little deception. Check-in at Malpensa was completely quick, and I had a window seat with a good view. The flight was on time, and the cabin was clean and well maintained. However, I was a little disappointed that there was no complimentary food on board. Not even a small snack. Instead, you had to pay extra for everything, which is not ideal on a longer flight.

Our flight from Milan to Madrid with the whole family was a great experience. Even at the airport, I could feel the excitement of the children, who were looking forward to the journey. The take-off went smoothly and once we were in the air, we enjoyed the view. The children were thrilled to see the world from above. During the flight we had a really good coffee together, which put a smile on all our faces. The relaxed atmosphere in the plane and the quiet noise made the journey very pleasant and relaxing. It was a moment that we completely enjoyed as a family.

The seats were sufficiently comfortable for a short-haul flight. There was enough room, even if the overall space was limited. The interior of the cabin was clean and well maintained. A special entertainment programme was not absolutely necessary for a flight of only around two hours. A few magazines were available. Flight W46311 was a pleasant experience overall. I recommend this flight for a short journey from Milan to Madrid, especially if you value punctuality and good service.

It was very warm on the plane and I had more than enough space. The flight attendants were very nice and courteous. The toilets at both airports and on the plane were very clean. I didn't have to wait much longer than half an hour at check-in.
