The journey from Brussels to Madrid was satisfactory. Firstly, the punctuality of the flight should be emphasised. Departure and landing took place according to plan. So the timetable was definitely adhered to. The hygiene conditions were excellent, as the WCs, seats and composting toilets were well maintained and clean. You also had access to perfume, wet wipes and sanitiser in the toilets. That was very practical! The seats were cosy and comfortable and there was plenty of legroom. The volume was appropriate, as there were suitable flight devices that optimised the volume. However, the reservation options were complicated and confusing, so it was not possible to book a seat in advance. Unfortunately, the price was expensive in my opinion. The staff were not particularly friendly and they ignored my concerns and requests and did not deal with them. In addition, there were several temperature fluctuations which made the journey uncomfortable. Overall, as already mentioned, it was a satisfactory trip and clearly has room for improvement, especially in terms of price and service.

Disadvantages
IconPersonnel
The comfort of this flight was very pleasant. I could lean back and relax. There was plenty of arm room. I had both seats next to me free, so that was even better for me. One bad thing about the flight was the staff and service. They were rude. The wifi had a few issues but it was pretty cheap. Punctuality was okay. That's why I would give the flight three out of five stars.

On this flight the comfort was quite cosy, I was able to fold out the backrest. The price performance and punctuality of the flight was very good. Wifi was cheap and worked. Unfortunately the toilets were a bit dirty. I would still give this flight 5 out of 5 stars.

Disadvantages
Iconqueue
Unfortunately, I had to wait around 2 hours in the queue at the airport in Brussels to drop off my luggage. The lady at the counter wasn't really friendly either and seemed rather annoyed. Fortunately, I only had to wait 20 minutes in the waiting area before it started. I was very pleased with the polite attitude of the staff. It was clean and I had plenty of legroom with a comfortable seat.
Advantages
Iconair-conditioned
Disadvantages
Icondelayed
Unfortunately, the flight began with a small disappointment. My flight was delayed by a whole 41 minutes. After waiting on the plane for another 25 minutes, the pilot finally made his roll call and the plane took off. The plane was clean and there was a hygienic but not too big toilet at the back. I had a window seat in the centre of the plane. Recommendation.
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconLonger than expected
Due to the weather conditions, the flight took a little longer than planned. Unfortunately, I couldn't rest as there was a very loud group of teenagers sitting behind me. My seat was not completely clean and the staff apologised immediately and cleaned up without being asked.

The journey from Brussels to Madrid was simply breathtaking! Firstly, the price was very affordable and fair, in my opinion. I also arrived in Madrid on time, which was an advantage as I had a business meeting straight after the flight. Maximum attention was paid to hygiene, so the toilets and seats were effectively maintained and cleaned. The staff on board were very friendly and helpful. They always supported me with important concerns or problems and were responsive to my needs. The seats were also very comfortable and cosy. However, it was very noisy during the journey. Unfortunately, I was unable to rest and was exhausted afterwards. Overall, I am still very happy with the journey.

I flew with Brussels Airlines from Brussels to Madrid on 10 September. The flight took 2 hours and 30 minutes, but unfortunately there was a delay, which spoilt the start of the trip somewhat. The price of the ticket was quite high, which was disappointing compared to similar flights. On the plus side, the service on board was really good. The staff were friendly and professional, and the seats offered plenty of comfort and legroom, which made the flight enjoyable despite the delay. Overall, it was an average experience - the service and comfort were great, but the delay and high cost unfortunately diminished the overall impression somewhat.
