The journey from Brussels to London was a breathtaking experience. The price was budget-friendly and affordable. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Drinks and snacks were served shortly after take-off. It was particularly noticeable that the service was efficient and quick despite the short flight duration. The seats were very comfortable and cosy. I had enough legroom. The seats were also equipped with cushions and small blankets, which provided additional comfort. The volume was appropriate and regulated by optimised aircraft equipment. On the other hand, I did not arrive in London on time as the landing was not according to plan. Unfortunately, the hygiene conditions were inadequate. The WCs, composting toilets and seats were not clean and hygienic. In addition, the reservation options were complicated and confusing. For this reason, I was unable to book my seat in advance. Overall, I thought the trip was excellent due to the professional service and affordable price.

The staff on this flight were very rude. The service was generally not good. The prices of the wifi were very high. When I tried to connect to the wifi, it worked. One good thing about the flight was the comfort. There were many drinks to choose from. The drinks were very cheap. Price performance and punctuality were rather poor. I would therefore give the flight three out of five stars.

IconBoarding
This flight was completely normal. There were a few problems during boarding. The suitcase was apparently lost, but then it turned out. It wasn't lost after all. Everything went quite smoothly. I boarded and sat down. The comfort was very good, only when I wanted to do my work and connect to the wifi, the wifi didn't work, which is a minus point. The price was good and the flight was on time. The flight was also quick. That's why I would give it three out of five stars.

I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes at the baggage drop-off counter. The lady at the counter was at least quite friendly. The waiting area was nicely designed and you could stand it. I was called to board on time. The staff were very respectful to me and, as far as I could tell, to the other passengers as well. The toilet on the plane was very small, but clean.

This flight fulfilled all the criteria that I believe are necessary for a successful journey. The take-off was on time. I had a seat in the centre of the plane, which spared me the nausea on take-off. My seat neighbours were chatty and very nice. About 15 minutes after take-off, I ordered a fillet, which was served in no time at all and was surprisingly tender.

In any case, I was very pleased that the weather was good and that the pilot was given permission to take off on time for this reason. The pilot was very funny and made very nice announcements. The food on the plane had only been warmed up. The staff were friendly. There was a clean toilet at the back of the plane.

My flight from Brussels to London was amazing. The price of the ticket was good value and the staff on board were very friendly, helpful and respectful to their guests. The hygiene conditions on board were excellent as the toilets and seats were well maintained and cleaned. The seats were also very comfortable and cosy. However, the reservation process was complicated and incomprehensible. Overall, however, I am very happy with the ticket.

I also arrived in London on time according to plan. Good attention was paid to hygiene, as the toilets and seats were cleaned and well maintained. The seats were also very comfortable and offered enough legroom to sit on. However, I found the price to be expensive. But overall I am very satisfied with the flight ticket!

My flight from Brussels to London was pretty good. Firstly, the positive aspects. The price was favourable compared to similar providers. I also landed in London on time, which was favourable. The journey from Brussels to London was very pleasant overall. The price was reasonable, which made the choice all the more attractive.
