Additional luggage
Passengers are allowed to carry one piece of luggage free of charge, with maximum dimensions of 50x30x15 cm and a weight up to 5 kg. Additional or oversized luggage can be transported upon payment of the applicable fee.

Tickets can be canceled up to 48 hours before departure with a 30% penalty. After this deadline, no refund is due.
