Marina Piccola is a 15-minute steep walk down from the railway station which is in the centre of Sorrento. There's an efficient bus service from the railway station to the port for those carrying luggage. A lift is also available to take passengers from the centre of Sorrento down to Marina Piccola. The port itself is a spectacular location and a natural harbour. There's a restaurant available right on the port. Car parking is available in Sorrento, but drivers should note that car parks are in the centre of the town rather than on the port itself and that they require payment.
Arrival Port: Molo Pennello in central Amalfi is the arrival point for all of these ferries from Sorrento to Amalfi. This is a pier that juts out into the harbour and it's an easy ten-minute walk from Piazza Flavio Gioia, the main square in Amalfi.
