Luggage & cancellation policy
Luggage included
Each passenger can bring one item of baggage with maximum dimensions of 50x35x20 cm and a weight not exceeding 9 kg.
Additional luggage
Additional baggage and baggage exceeding the specified dimensions and/or weight will incur extra charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure receive a full refund, while cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee or not be refundable depending on the ticket terms.

Pregnant on board
Pregnant women in an uncomplicated gestational state after the 6th month of pregnancy must present a medical certificate issued no more than 7 days prior to departure, and in all other cases, a certificate authorizing travel is required regardless of the month of pregnancy.

Unaccompanied minors between 4 and 12 years old can use a dedicated accompaniment service, which is optional for those aged 12 until the age of majority.
