My journey from Vienna to Madrid with Air France began early in the morning. The booking and reservation were straightforward and the e-ticket was available immediately. Flight AF1300 departed on time. My seat in economy class offered comfort, power socket and wifi. No snacks or drinks were distributed during the flight. Everything was clean and the service was friendly. The three-hour direct flight landed on time. The price-performance ratio was excellent.

I only gave this flight two out of five stars because I felt the price was very high. The price for the wifi was also far too high, and the prices for everything in general were very high. The comfort was actually very cosy. The toilets were very clean, there was no toilet paper, but I simply asked for new toilet paper and I was given new toilet paper straight away, so I would give the staff plus points.

On this flight the wifi didn't work, I tried to buy it but something went wrong with the purchase and that's why it didn't work. The comfort of the seats was very cosy, I was able to lie down quietly and sleep. The price and punctuality of the flight were also very good. I would therefore give the flight three out of five stars.

My flight from Vienna to Madrid was excellent except for the hygiene conditions. The price of the ticket was affordable and good value. The staff were friendly and helpful. They always helped me and therefore I felt well looked after. I also arrived in Madrid on time, which was an advantage. The seats were also comfortable and cosy and offered enough space to sit down. However, as already mentioned, hygiene was not really taken into account and the toilets and seats were not well maintained. The toilets were dirty and there was leftover food on the seats. But overall I am very happy with the ticket!
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconPunctuality
It was a business trip, so it was all the more disappointing that my flight was delayed by 35 minutes. On board, however, I first enjoyed a delicious breakfast of a coffee with milk and a yoghurt. As far as I could tell, the staff had a very friendly attitude towards the passengers. Unfortunately, I was pulled out of security check-in for no reason.

Disadvantages
IconPlane was very crowded
The journey went very smoothly, boarding was very quick and the service was also very good. The flight took about 4 hours, which passed very quickly thanks to the entertainment system in the aircraft. There were also small gifts for the children, which were intended to describe the culture of the country we were travelling to, and a small travel book was also provided to us free of charge. All in all, I can only recommend the trip.

The wifi connection was stable and I was able to wifi and be entertained around the clock. The reservation options were also simple, online and made the journey flexible.
