The journey from Porto to Madrid was excellent. The flight was available at a very reasonable price. This made the journey particularly attractive for me with a limited budget. I landed in Madrid on time as the departure and landing were according to plan. The hygiene standards were excellent. The cabin, WCs and seats were well cleaned. I was very impressed by this. The seats were also very comfortable and cosy. I was able to relax during the journey as I had enough legroom and I was also able to sleep. The air conditioning during my flight was pleasant. The temperature was well regulated and the climate felt fresh and comfortable. However, the staff were very unfriendly and ignorant towards their guests. I explained my concerns and requests but they were not dealt with. This was very disappointing! Unfortunately, there were few entertainment options and the films, series, music and games were not up-to-date and exciting. I was bored during the journey. The volume was disappointingly not adequate as the passengers were very loud and there were probably no aircraft devices to muffle the volume. But overall it was a great trip for the price and the excellent service!

This flight was actually very good because there were almost no problems apart from the hygiene of the toilets. But you can look past that. I gave this flight four out of five stars because there were more positive things than negative, for example the staff. They were very nice. They asked me for food. The wifi and comfort were also very good, value for money very good and the punctuality of the flight was also very good, so four out of five stars.

The flight from Porto to Madrid was a pleasant one! The ticket was reasonably priced and I arrived in Madrid on time according to schedule. It was very clean on board. Be it the toilets, the seats or the aircraft in general. It was very neat and clean. However, the staff were not thorough and helpful. I am satisfied with the ticket.

I was visiting some friends of mine in Madrid. So it was important that my flight left on time. Well, boarding started 5 minutes late, but I've never experienced it better. On board the plane, I was able to call my friends to let them know when I was landing. It was comfortable and I had enough legroom on the plane. The price for the flight was excellent.

My journey from Porto to Madrid was excellent. Hygiene was very well looked after, as the toilets and seats were well maintained. The reservation process was simple and detailed. In addition, the wifi connection was stable and efficient. This allowed me to surf the internet around the clock. However, it was very noisy on board, which was annoying over a longer period of time. I really liked the ticket.

The air conditioning in the aircraft was optimally set. I found the menu on board very extensive but decided against ordering. The flight attendants went to great lengths. There were w toilets in the aircraft, at least one of which was kept very clean. I can't say anything about the other one. Due to the professional handling, all passengers behaved in a relaxed manner and even the babies calmed down over time.

My journey from Porto to Madrid was excellent! The price was affordable and cheap compared to other similar tickets. I also landed in Madrid on time, which was an advantage. In addition, the seats were very comfortable and cosy and offered enough legroom and blankets. This allowed me to relax and even sleep during the flight. The volume on board was also reasonable. However, the hygiene conditions were poor. Unfortunately, the toilets were not well maintained and cleaned, so I found leftover food on the seats and the toilets smelled bad. Seemingly unhygienic! Overall, however, I am satisfied apart from the hygiene conditions.

It was a very hot day and so I was definitely very glad that the plane was air-conditioned. I had enough legroom and a very comfortable and cosy seat.
