Last summer I had my return flight from Paris to Madrid. The flight was manageable, but it was very noisy on the plane at times, but it's normal that there isn't such a great atmosphere on the plane from time to time. The staff were polite and, as always, handed out drinks and snacks. The aircraft and the toilets were clean and hygienic. However, my seat was not very comfortable, I felt something poking in my back the whole flight back. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness, especially in the toilets, was impeccable. My flight from Paris to Madrid with the airline was excellent. Firstly the price was very reasonable and worth it for the great service from the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and respectful of their guests. They always had a big smile on their faces and stood by my side, so I felt very well taken care of. I also arrived in Madrid on time. So it turns out that the timetable was well respected. However, I didn't find the seats very comfortable and the toilets and seats were not clean and tidy. The noise level was not optimal. Overall, I found the journey very good for the price and the great service!

I would describe the flight as very relaxed. I had to get up early at 5.30am as boarding started at 7.00am. Everything went very smoothly. I was able to sit down, put my suitcase away and went to the loo. The toilets were very clean, which is a plus point on the flight. I was given food. The food was very tasty. The flight was about 2 hours long, was great value for money also very good, the only thing that bothered me was the noise, but you can overlook that, so five stars because the staff were also good.
