Munich MUC to Madrid MAD flight with Air Europa

My flight from Munich to Madrid (AF1400) was inadequate. The booking was complicated, the flight schedule confusing. The ticket arrived late and the seat reservation went wrong. The flight took off late at 19:00. The seats were uncomfortable and the catering was inadequate. Wifi was available, but there were no sockets. The staff were unfriendly and the cleanliness was poor. Despite diversion due to weather, there was no clear communication. Price-performance ratio unsatisfactory.

Disappointingly, the volume was not at an acceptable level. But overall it was a great trip due to the fair price and hygiene.
