My journey from Milan to London with Air France was pleasant. Booking online was easy and I received my label quickly. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were very friendly. The flight departed on time and my seat in economy class was comfortable. Snacks and drinks were chargeable. The aircraft was not very clean. There were crumbs and an empty beer bottle at my seat. I was then given a new seat. The toilets were cleaned regularly. The journey went without any changes and the price-performance ratio was very good.

I thought it was a relatively good flight. I gave this flight five out of five stars because the hygiene was very good. In the toilets and also on the seats. The only thing to complain about was the food. I didn't eat it, so it wasn't bad for me, but my friend who did eat it said it wasn't good. Boarding went relatively quickly. There weren't that many guests on the flight. You could simply book the flight online.

I actually only booked this flight because of the price. The price was extremely low. The online booking was also very easy. However, I realised at the beginning of the check-in, during boarding, that this was going to be a relatively tough flight, because the hygiene at the airport was a bit dirty on the plane. The food wasn't that good either. The toilets were relatively hygienic. That's why I would give the whole thing two out of five stars.

I found this flight rather mediocre, for a flight duration of about 2 hours 15 the price-performance ratio was not good at all. However, boarding was relatively quick. Food, hygiene and staff were also quite good, online booking was a bit difficult, but in the end I was able to book the flight easily and therefore I would give the flight three out of five stars.
