There were many good things before this flight, for example the toilets. They were very clean and the staff were also very nice. They offered me drinks. On this flight, the drinks were free, there was Coke, Fanta and water, which was very good. But unfortunately the comfort of the seats was uncomfortable. I had back pain after the flight, even though the flight wasn't that long. That's why I would give the whole flight three out of five stars

Unfortunately, I had to wait a whole 100 minutes at the baggage drop-off counter. Once the worst part was over, everything went relatively quickly. An hour later I was on the plane, which was large, comfortable and clean. The toilets on the plane were adequate. The coffee was quite good and the menu on board was reasonably priced. Apart from the wait, a very liveable flight connection.

Check-in went smoothly. I had checked in online, so I only had to go to the gate. Boarding was well organised and went quickly, without unnecessary waiting times. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The flight itself didn't take long. The seats were perfectly adequate for the flight time - not hugely comfortable, but not uncomfortable either. The legroom was fine, but those who are very tall might feel a little cramped. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The service on board was okay. There were free drinks, but you had to pay extra for snacks. I don't really find that problematic on a flight of this length, especially as there were no long waits. The crew was friendly and professional, and the flight was very smooth overall. What I particularly liked was that the flight was on time and we even arrived in Palermo a few minutes early. That made the whole process more relaxed.
