I didn't notice any problems with this connection. The train arrived exactly on time. Cleanliness and hygiene were definitely not neglected. It was very comfortable and I was provided with a power socket. The price of the online ticket was reasonable. The pleasant temperature also contributed to a relaxing journey. To summarise, I can only recommend the trip.

I experienced excellent friendliness from the staff. However, it was a pity that it was anything but clean and the toilets were in a subterranean state. Nevertheless, it was comfortable and I had good wifi. The train was very punctual. Unfortunately only three stars.

IconPunctuality
Unfortunately, the train was quite late on this journey, thirty minutes to be precise. The staff were also not as friendly as I am used to. But I have to admit that the rest was very good, from the cleanliness and comfort to the facilities. It's a good choice, especially if you want a cheap alternative to the car

I would like to start with the advantages. The train was on time to the minute. The staff were also able to help me with a problem. It was very clean and hygienic both in the toilets and on the benches. The price of the ticket was definitely reasonable. The only downside, however, was that the wifi was not fast. Otherwise, I give the trip four stars to summarise and recommend it.

The train was on time and the wifi was very fast. I was also able to relax in a very comfortable seat. The toilets were mostly kept very clean. I bought the ticket online just before the journey at a good price. A very nice journey!

Disadvantages
IconHygiene
The hygiene in the sanitary facilities was very poor. In the passenger compartment, however, it was really very clean and I had no problems. The network was good and because I had nothing better to do anyway, I played a game. The staff were always helpful. It took about 5 hours and 15 minutes.

Disadvantages
IconNot clean
When travelling abroad by train, I always pay a lot of attention to good hygiene, as I have a slightly weakened immune system and don't want to get sick. Unfortunately, it wasn't clean on this journey and I actually woke up the next day with a cold. However, this could also be because it was very cold. But what I really appreciated was that I didn't have to wait for the train at the station.

Icon,
The train journey was in winter. The outside temperature was very cold. I really liked the fact that the train was heated to a pleasant room temperature. It was clean and the toilets were thoroughly cleaned. The train was on time, which is not always the case. The staff were really nice and well informed. To conclude, I award 5 stars and give my recommendation.

This is a train connection that I really enjoyed. I boarded a train that arrived on time and was thoroughly cleaned. I booked the ticket a few weeks in advance and paid a good price. I had a few problems finding my platform at first. The staff helped me without hesitation and explained everything to me. Clear recommendation

The train journey from Venice to Como was an absolute recommendation! As soon as I boarded, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the train was. The seats were extremely comfortable and there was enough space to relax during the journey. Particularly impressive was the varied scenery you could enjoy out of the window - from the picturesque villages to the breathtaking views of the Alps and Lake Como. The train was on time and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The comfort on board, such as the air conditioning and wifi, also made the journey very pleasant.
