I have to admit that I really had some positive experiences on the trip. I particularly liked the absolutely excellent hygiene and cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. In addition, the train was punctual to the minute and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The price-performance ratio of the ticket was really optimal and I give the train connection a full 5 stars.
Pro

Cons
IconLength
The journey actually started very well, the train arrived on time and everything was clean, seats comfortable, but after a while it stopped in the middle of the line due to a technical problem and the information you were given was very inaccurate. In the end I was half an hour late. If the journey goes without problems, I would say the price-performance ratio is very good, but it's rather mediocre.

My journey from Milan to Como turned out to be excellent. I thought the price was great. The staff were very friendly. Also, there was no need to change trains, so I didn't have to change at all. The journey time was very short, only about an hour and a half. Unfortunately, no consideration was given to hygiene. The toilets were not cleaned. The noise level was not appropriate. I also felt that the seats were not comfortable. Overall, a good trip that is definitely recommendable.

My journey from Milan to Como was very convincing because the price was very reasonable compared to other transport routes. The staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. I felt very well looked after as the staff offered me a great service. The wifi was very efficient, fast and stable. I was able to be productive during the journey and even do my work on my laptop. The volume was also optimal. However, the train did not arrive in Como on time. There were several changes that made the journey more difficult and time-consuming. Unfortunately, I found the reservation options complicated and confusing. But all in all a great journey!

I would rate the journey as very good overall. First of all, the train was very punctual and I noticed that the cleaning staff went to extraordinary lengths. As a result, I give the journey 5 stars. I also recommend the journey. The journey took just under 50 minutes.

There were power sockets and wifi on the train. The seats were comfortable and there was enough legroom. The noise level on the train was also good, as it wasn't too loud. The hygiene on the train was also satisfactory. The toilets were also clean. The price-performance ratio is also great.

The train journey from Milan to Como was a very relaxing journey. What contributed to this was the noise level, as the train was almost empty, which made it very quiet. The toilets were clean and the seats were very comfortable. Unfortunately, one negative aspect was the punctuality, as the train arrived at its destination half an hour late.

A few months ago I travelled from Milan to Como, which was great. As the price was very demanding at first. It was reasonably priced. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The train arrived on time in Como and the seats were very comfortable and cosy. This made the journey much easier. However, only minimal attention was paid to hygiene, as the toilets were not well maintained and clean. But there were also several transfers, which made the journey more difficult, as I had to constantly go back and forth with my suitcase. The noise level was also not ideal. But overall a great and recommendable trip!

The journey from Milan to Como was amazingly good. The price of the journey was reasonable and offered good value for money. The hygiene on the train was commendable and contributed to a pleasant travelling experience. The comfort during the journey was also great and made the journey enjoyable. The ability to change trains was found to be convenient and made it easier to plan the journey. However, the staff were unfriendly, which spoilt the overall impression. The noise on the train was disturbing and impaired relaxation during the journey. In addition, the train did not always arrive on time, which led to delays and made planning more difficult. Despite some negative points, the journey was good overall.

What struck me immediately was the consistently fast wifi. The train was equipped with a power socket, fold-out tables and comfortable benches. It was very clean everywhere, so I didn't notice any dirty areas. I paid a really fair price for the ticket online. To cut a long story short, I give the trip 5 stars without hesitation. I should also mention that I didn't have to change trains.

I have nothing negative to say about this journey. The train was very punctual. What's more, the staff were able to help me with a problem and showed a very friendly and open attitude towards me. The toilets were very clean, so I must also praise the hygiene. I would advise buying your ticket online to avoid any problems. I can recommend the trip.

I've always had a positive experience travelling by train in Italy, but this time my train was unfortunately quite old and therefore didn't have such comfortable seats, no wifi and was quite noisy. On the other hand, it was fast and I didn't have to change trains. The strongest point for me was the favourable price.

I had a great experience and am very satisfied. Everything was great, the punctuality, the equipment and the seats. A very comfortable seat with plenty of space. The only thing I have to criticise is that the toilets ran out of toilet paper, so unfortunately I was a bit lost. But otherwise a good experience and definitely a good price. Recommended but just be careful with the toilets.
