The journey from Milan to Munich was a rollercoaster of an experience. The comfort of the train was excellent, but the service left a lot to be desired. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the journey time was longer than expected. The value for money was fair, but a late arrival made the overall picture worse
Advantages
IconQuiet background noise
Disadvantages
IconDelay
My train, which travelled from Milan to Munich, started with a one-hour delay, the train number of the train was FR9737 in the EC80, but the connection worked perfectly. In both trains, attention was paid to hygiene and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and helped with changing trains. The general travelling comfort was very good due to the comfortable seats and the good internet, which enabled me to work. I can only recommend it to anyone.
Advantages
IconFriendly service
Disadvantages
IconLong journey duration
I had a pleasant journey on my train journey from Milan to Munich with Deutsche Bahn. The comfort and cleanliness, on the seats and in the toilet, were excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. However, the journey was longer than expected. Instead of travelling for 10 hours, we were on the road for almost 11 hours. There was maintenance work in Rosenheim and the journey was delayed by a whole hour. The price-performance ratio was a bit high. Overall it was a nice experience, with room for improvement.
Advantages
IconComfortable seats
IconThere were sockets
IconToilets were clean
Disadvantages
IconThe wifi was slow
Timetable: without changing trains, which is really pleasant on such a long journey. The journey took 12 hours and 30 minutes. The train number was NJ 40235 and the comfort was ok, but after 12 hours I was still aching. The noise level was also pleasant. There were power sockets, but the wifi kept causing problems. The service was also very good and above all friendly. The toilets and seats were all clean and hygienic. For the very reasonable price, I can only recommend booking this journey.
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconPunctuality
One big advantage is definitely that the staff were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, one rather negative aspect is that the train arrived almost 20 minutes late. I have nothing to criticise in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, either on the train or in the sanitary facilities. The price of the ticket was definitely fair and child-friendly. I recommend the journey.

Disadvantages

I would like to start with a big advantage. The train was very punctual. A big disadvantage in my opinion was that the staff were unfortunately not at all helpful and you had to ask a lot of questions to get help. In terms of comfort and hygiene, I have nothing negative to report. In conclusion, I can only say that the trip was great and I would recommend it to others.
Advantages
IconHygiene
Disadvantages
IconPunctuality
Unfortunately, one negative aspect of the journey was that the train arrived some time late. Otherwise, I can report that it was very hygienic. The toilets were also well cleaned without exception. The price for the journey was reasonable. I definitely recommend travelling the route by train to avoid unnecessary travel stress. Overall, I give it four stars and a recommendation.

Disadvantages
IconNone
I would like to start by saying that the train departed and arrived on time. The staff endeavoured to make the train journey as pleasant as possible. The sanitary facilities were extremely hygienic and clean. Overall, I couldn't find anything negative in the almost eight hours of the journey. I give it 5 stars and recommend it.
Advantages
IconGood air conditioning
Disadvantages
IconLong journey
The train from Milan to Munich was train number EC387, which departed for Munich on time without changing trains. The fact that the seats were comfortable and clean was very important, as the journey takes around 12 hours, which makes the journey very pleasant. The good wifi was also a great advantage. The toilets and the entire train were very hygienic. The staff were also very nice and courteous.

IconPunctuality
The train journey from Milan to Munich went quite well on the whole, but there were a few things that bothered me. Firstly, the second train wasn't on time and I had to wait for it with all my luggage. On the other hand, I liked the fact that I only had to change trains once. The staff were very nice on both trains. The cleanliness and facilities were also very good on both, so good that I was able to use the toilets without any problems and was able to be online during the journey thanks to working wifi. I would do it again if the opportunity arose.

My review of the train journey from Milan to Munich: The journey was fantastic! The train was very nice and extremely comfortable, which made the journey a real pleasure. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout. What was particularly impressive was that it was even quicker to get to your destination than by car. A great experience - I'm happy to give it 5 stars! The 2nd class was better than some 1st class on other trains
Advantages
IconIt was very clean
Disadvantages
IconThe train was much too late
A short delay on the railway is quite normal. On this journey, however, my train was a whole 30 minutes late. At least I was able to watch a film on the train as the wifi was good. The staff behaved respectfully and my seat was thoroughly cleaned. The cushions were soft and very comfortable. I was therefore able to sleep soundly for the last hour of the train journey. However, because of the delay, I cannot give 5 stars. I therefore conclude my review with four stars.

I only have fond memories of the train journey. It was very clean and hygienic everywhere. In addition, the staff were helpful at all times and happy to help me. I felt very comfortable in my seat as it was clean and very comfortable. I paid a very fair price for the ticket on the website and avoided any complications on the ground. Five stars!
Advantages
IconClean compartment
Disadvantages
IconNo network
The advantages of the journey were the friendly and competent staff, the clean compartment in which I found my seat, the fact that my train was not late and of course the good price for the ticket. Unfortunately, there was one small drawback. The network on the train was extremely poor and slow. As I wanted to relax a bit on the journey anyway and not work, I still give it 5 stars.
