The train journey from Venice to Pisa was quite a nice experience. The train was delayed, but only by five minutes and from then on everything went smoothly. I particularly liked the cleanliness and comfort. The seats were very comfortable and I had enough space. The only negative thing I noticed was the friendliness of the staff. Overall, a good journey with good value for money
Advantages
IconFriendly staff
Disadvantages
IconThere were no weaknesses.
On the other hand, I have absolutely nothing to criticise about this connection. Positive aspects that I would like to mention are that the train was very punctual, that the sanitary facilities were well cleaned and that the staff made an effort to inform all passengers of any changes. Another point that is often overlooked is the price. In my opinion, this was fine.

It was quite a pleasant journey with a very nice view. The train was not delayed and was fortunately air-conditioned. The staff were friendly and the train was clean, including the toilets. The only thing was that the seats were a bit hard, but otherwise wonderful ride

The train journey from Venice to Pisa was a really great experience for me and I would love to do it again. The train kept exactly to the timetable and it was pleasantly quiet during the journey. The fact that the seats were also cosy was of course even better. Gladly again
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconDelay
I would like to start with a positive aspect. It was super hygienic and clean on the train. The sanitary facilities were also thoroughly cleaned. A less positive aspect is that the train unfortunately arrived almost 20 minutes late. The staff were very friendly and the wifi was constant the whole time. Overall, I would recommend the train connection.

Disadvantages
IconPersonnel
Unfortunately, I found that the staff were not at all helpful. Every time I tried to ask for help, I was immediately ignored. On the other hand, I was very pleased that the train was on time except for 5 minutes. In my opinion, the train was very cosy and clean. The reception was very good apart from a few interruptions. Despite the unfriendly staff, I recommend the journey.

The train was 5 minutes late, which can sometimes happen. My seat was unfortunately a bit dirty and not thoroughly cleaned. The staff behaved respectfully and very professionally. I was able to watch a film on the train because there was good wifi.

The journey was very relaxing. The benches were very comfortable and cosy. The price I paid online for the ticket was relatively cheap. Unfortunately, the staff was not competent and blocked every attempt to get information. The train was very clean and hygienic. The price of the ticket was fair. The train was on time and my journey took just under 4 hours. Recommendation!

Disadvantages
IconHygiene
Unfortunately, it was anything but hygienic. The toilets and the floor were extremely dirty, which had a very negative impact on comfort. Nevertheless, I also had some positive experiences. These include, for example, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the punctuality of my train. To summarise, I give the connection 3 stars, but not a recommendation.
