It also has a unique room totally lined with porcelain, Salottino di Porcellana. The Catacombs of San Gennaro date back to the 2nd_century and are lined with precious artworks. Part of the complex is the Crypt of the Bishops, and underground basilica built in the 5th century. This is one of the rarest examples of early Christian architecture in the world.
