I found my journey from Florence to Naples to be excellent. The price of the ticket was very fair. The staff were very friendly and polite. The train also arrived on time in Naples. However, the reservation options were very complicated. The volume was not adequate and there were several transfers which made the journey more difficult. All in all, the journey was great!

My journey from Florence to Naples was extremely good as the price was fair. Not too cheap, but not too expensive either. Great attention was paid to hygiene, the toilets were clean and well maintained. The wifi was efficient and very fast. This made it easier to chat or communicate on the train. However, the train did not arrive on time in Naples and the staff were relatively unfriendly and did not cater to my interests. I had to change trains several times, which made the journey more difficult. Overall, however, the journey was pretty good.
