Milan MIL to Helsinki HEL flight with KM Malta Airlines

Apparently there was a lot going on at Milan airport that day, so my flight was delayed. I therefore had to wait 35 minutes at the gate. After that, boarding went very quickly and after a short briefing on behaviour in an emergency, our plane took off. There was absolutely no litter or other rubbish to be seen on the plane. I give it a four-star review.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I immediately felt welcome. The flight to Munich was quite relaxed. The service on board was attentive and professional, and the seats offered enough space to feel comfortable during the slightly shorter journey. Although it was a short haul flight, a small snack was offered which made the flight experience more enjoyable. Arriving in Munich, I didn't have such a long transfer time, but the airport was well organised and well signposted, so the transfer went smoothly. The onward flight to Helsinki was also pleasant. The flight time was a little longer, but the aircraft was modern and well equipped. The service on board was again excellent. The staff looked after the passengers and made sure that everyone was comfortable. The views during the flight were breathtaking, especially when we saw the Nordic landscapes below us.

The seats were comfortable and offered sufficient legroom for Economy. The reservation went smoothly. The flight was quiet and the volume on board was pleasant, there were no disturbing noises. The comfort was definitely okay. There were charging facilities, but unfortunately no wifi. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The toilets were clean and were checked regularly. The price-performance ratio was definitely fair and reasonable. One point of criticism, however, was the punctuality. The flight was delayed by 30 minutes, which was a bit annoying. Nevertheless, a solid flight with a change in Munich.
