My flight from Stockholm to Helsinki had several positive aspects that I would like to mention. The price of the ticket was very attractive and offered excellent value for money. The punctuality of the flight was impressive, as the departure and landing were on time according to schedule. The schedule was well adhered to, so I was very happy and relieved. The view during the flight was spectacular and I was able to enjoy and admire impressive landscapes below me. In addition, the booking options were transparent and straightforward, which made the booking process smooth and uncomplicated. I was also able to reserve my desired seat in advance. However, the staff on board were unfortunately not as friendly and helpful as I would have expected. I didn't feel like I was in good hands. The noise level in the aircraft was also quite high, which made it difficult to relax. The air conditioning was also not ideal, as the temperature sometimes fluctuated. Despite these negative aspects, my overall impression was positive, especially thanks to the good price and punctuality.

This flight was actually very average, I fly very often and on this flight there were problems but also good things. One good thing was the comfort. The punctuality and price performance was also good. The problem with the flight was the wifi I wanted to work but it didn't work because the wifi didn't work. I would give this flight three out of five stars as it was a very average flight.
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconI liked everything
The staff at the airport and on the plane were very nice. I overheard a man on the plane getting upset about a crying baby and the staff reacted in an exemplary manner. We took off on time and everything went according to plan, which was due to the weather, but also not to forget the excellent organisation at the airport. The price was favourable.

The crew was polite and professional, and although it was a short flight, the service was pleasant and attentive. Norwegian Air offers a basic in-flight catering service, although there is a charge for this. There was a selection of snacks and drinks, but I thought it was a bit of a shame that there were no complimentary drinks such as water. However, you can also book food and drink deals online in advance, which makes the boarding process even easier. The flight time passed quickly and the landing in Helsinki was smooth and punctual. The price of the ticket was also reasonable.

The flight from Stockholm to Helsinki was a success and a dream. The price was reasonable and made the journey budget-friendly. I also arrived in Helsinki on time according to plan. The reservation options were uncomplicated and flexible online. However, the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. They ignored me and my wishes as well. I felt like I was in bad hands. Overall, however, apart from the staff, I am very satisfied!
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconFood
The boarding time for this flight was relatively quick. Even though I was in group three. It went relatively quickly, group one and group two went through in about a quarter of an hour and then I could board. When I boarded, the aircraft was relatively hygienic. What I really liked about the flight was the price-performance ratio. I got the flight ticket about 50 % cheaper. Unfortunately, I didn't like the food, which is why I give it four out of five stars.
Advantages
IconPersonnel
Disadvantages
IconHygiene
I gave this flight two out of five stars because I put a lot of emphasis on hygiene, the hygiene was simply not there on this flight. It was relatively dirty. It was as dirty as if they hadn't cleaned the aircraft at all before we boarded. But the flight was relatively good, so it was bearable. The boarding time was relatively quick. The snacks I got were delicious, the staff were also very nice. And the online booking was very easy, because there was a discount on the flight.
Advantages
IconFood
Disadvantages
IconHeating
I have to give this flight one out of five stars because the heating in aeroplanes simply has to work in such cold countries, which was not the case on this flight. Boarding was relatively stressful, but the staff were very nice. The only thing that was hot and tasted really good was the food. Online booking was very easy and relatively cheap. However, you had to buy wifi.

regional jet

About
A regional jet (RJ) is a jet-powered regional airliner typically designed to carry fewer than 100 passengers on short-haul flights. These aircraft are often used by regional airlines, which may operate independently or as subsidiaries contracted by larger carriers, to connect smaller markets to major airline hubs. Key manufacturers of regional jets include Embraer and Bombardier, with Embraer's E-Jet family being particularly popular. Regional jets play a crucial role in providing air service to communities that may not have sufficient demand for larger aircraft, facilitating connections within a country or a specific area of a continent.
