My journey from Madrid to London was great. The price was very attractive. The ticket was inexpensive and good value. In addition, the staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. They recognised my problems and helped me to sort them out. So I was very happy. I also landed in London on time as the timetable was respected. This was very convenient for me as I had to go straight to work after the flight. However, I found the reservation options to be complicated and confusing. Unfortunately, the seats were not comfortable. Disappointingly, the volume on board was not ideal, as it was very loud. So I couldn't really relax. But overall the journey was good!

There were a few comfort issues on this flight, namely that it was uncomfortable and there were no elbow rests to lean on. However, the toilets were quite clean. Price performance was also good. The punctuality of the flight was very good, so I would give it a three out of five stars. The staff were also very good. Everything was fine. I was offered a drink, which was very nice

Unfortunately, the plane that transported me didn't take off at 3.00 pm as planned, but almost three quarters of an hour later. The flight was very pleasant. The seats were comfortable and there was enough space to feel at ease. The food was surprisingly delicious, better than expected and the selection was completely sufficient. The staff were particularly impressive, everyone was super friendly and helpful, so you felt well looked after the whole time. The flight was also on time, both on take-off and landing. I was even able to charge my mobile phone at a designated port, which was very convenient. All in all, a great experience that I would repeat at any time!

Good from start to finish! Check-in was quick and uncomplicated and the cabin crew were super friendly and helpful. The seating comfort was surprisingly good and there was plenty of legroom.
