My journey from Madrid to London was great. The price was very attractive. The ticket was inexpensive and good value. In addition, the staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. They recognised my problems and helped me to sort them out. So I was very happy. I also landed in London on time as the timetable was respected. This was very convenient for me as I had to go straight to work after the flight. However, I found the reservation options to be complicated and confusing. Unfortunately, the seats were not comfortable. Disappointingly, the volume on board was not ideal, as it was very loud. So I couldn't really relax. But overall the journey was good!

The flight was very pleasant. The seats were comfortable and there was enough space to feel at ease. The food was surprisingly delicious, better than expected and the selection was completely sufficient. The staff were particularly impressive, everyone was super friendly and helpful, so you felt well looked after the whole time. The flight was also on time, both on take-off and landing. I was even able to charge my mobile phone at a designated port, which was very convenient. All in all, a great experience that I would repeat at any time!
