Rome ROM to Munich MUC flight with Lufthansa

My journey from Rome to Munich was great! The price of the ticket was inexpensive and also extremely worthwhile compared to other means of transport. Therefore, this flight was a budget-friendly option for me. The staff on board were very friendly, helpful and respectful of their guests. They always took my concerns and requests seriously and handled them with the utmost interest. I therefore felt that I was in good hands. You also had a friendly smile on your face. The reservation options were transparent and clear. It was possible to book the desired seat in advance. The view was breathtaking, whether it was the landscapes or the cloud formations. The air conditioning was also ideal, as there were no temperature fluctuations. This was pleasant and contributed to a relaxed journey. However, I didn't arrive in Munich on time as the flight didn't depart on time. No real attention was paid to hygiene, as the toilets, composting toilets and seats were not clean and hygienic. Disappointingly, the seats were not comfortable and offered little legroom. Also, the seats were not equipped with blankets or cushions. But overall the journey was great due to the price and excellent service.

This flight was one of the best I've been on it had everything, the wifi was very good, the toilets were clean, the comfort of the seats was very good, the floor didn't rattle there was no loud noise price performance unpunctuality is you are was very good. I would still only give the flight four out of five stars because the prices of the drinks were very high.

I don't think it's bad, but I have to mention that my flight was delayed by 18 minutes. The staff were very courteous and polite. I was able to relax in a comfortable seat with a window seat. The toilets and the passenger compartment were clean.

However, what caused me to have an inner tantrum was that the lady at baggage drop-off made a mistake when weighing me and I almost paid extra because of it. Almost all of my business trips involve flights from the Lufthansa Group. As always, check-in via the app was straightforward and the other processes in Rome were also pleasant. The legroom, due to the aircraft model, was fine, but quite tight in an A319. Everything was okay for the flight time, there was a bottle of water and a small chocolate, which is important in these temperatures.
