The cabin was spotless and the WCs were cleaned regularly. The seats were very comfortable and cosy. They also offered plenty of legroom. From the window, I was able to enjoy breathtaking views such as spectacular landscapes and cloud formations. The entertainment system on board offered a wide selection of films, series, music and games, which were also up-to-date and exciting. The screens were of high quality and the conditions were intuitive and simple. However, the staff were quite unfriendly and ignorant towards their guests. They never responded to the concerns and requests of your passengers. Unfortunately, I did not arrive in Munich on time. The volume was not optimal. But overall the journey was satisfactory, as I missed important aspects such as the staff and punctuality.

It was very clean, I had enough space and the view was nice. I think I bought the ticket at a good price.
