I couldn't do my work on this journey because the wifi wasn't very good and when I got my food, it was still cold. The flight time was very long for such a short journey. However, the price was very good. When I had to go to the loo, I realised that there was no toilet paper. But it wasn't a problem, the staff were very nice and gave me toilet paper. The whole flight was actually very relaxed and it was one of the better flights.

Check-in at Palma Airport went smoothly, both at the counter and at self-check-in. The staff were friendly and the security checks also went quickly. The aircraft was modern and clean, and the seating comfort was perfectly fine for the duration of the flight. The seats were spacious enough and the cabin looked well maintained. The crew was attentive and professional, and there was even a small snack on offer during the flight - not much, but perfectly adequate for the short distance.

Check-in at Palma Airport went smoothly and the staff were friendly and efficient. The security checks also went quickly, so I didn't feel unnecessarily stressed. The flight itself was on time, which is always a big plus. The aircraft was clean and in an acceptable condition, although the seats were a little cramped, as with many short-haul flights. The view of the island and mainland was of course a nice bonus, but overall it was a typical, relatively unremarkable flight. The crew on board were friendly, but not particularly present. Only a small snack was offered, which could be purchased for a fee. The punctuality of the flight was particularly positive - we landed in Madrid exactly on schedule.

Unfortunately, this flight was delayed, but there was nothing else to complain about. Ticket purchase and reservation went smoothly online - all via the app. The seat was as expected and not particularly large. There was hardly any comfort as the flight was full. Cleanliness on board was given, WC was not used. No wifi or power sockets available on the flight. Duration of journey/flight was as expected and did not change. Price-performance ratio could be better, as well as a punctual departure.

There were no long queues in Palma and the staff were friendly. The boarding process also went smoothly, so I was on board quickly. The flight itself was pleasant. The aircraft was clean and modern. The seats were comfortable, even if they were not overly spacious. Unfortunately, the entertainment system was not available, but for such a short flight this was not really a problem. The cabin crew were polite and helpful. There was a small snack and drinks, which I thought was fine for a flight of this length.
