The customer opinion was acquired via Cimenio. Cimenio incentivises its users for giving an honest opinion and proving the booking with a photo of the travel ticket.
Advantages
IconCheap ticket
IconAdditional seat bookable for little money
IconClean and well ventilated
The bus was new and very clean. The toilets were also fresh and cleaned and the bus was well ventilated. The journey went without delay and we arrived relaxed. The atmosphere on the bus was boisterous, but not disturbing or too loud. As I like to have space for myself when travelling, I book the next seat to my seat and can then spread out. It's very cheap and the ticket is still cheaper than other means of travel despite the seat booking. For me, it's a great option to travel and I'll gladly book the bus again.
Advantages
IconCheap
IconSecure
Disadvantages
IconUnclean
Generally a good option to get from A to B. It's really cheap, which is also one of the biggest advantages. The bus ride was smooth and safe. The equipment was ok. The bus did smell a bit, but otherwise everything was ok. There was no toilet, but there was a short break. Seat reservation is recommended.
Advantages
IconCheap
IconUncomplicated
Disadvantages
IconUncomfortable seats
All in all, it was a safe and smooth ride. The bus arrived on schedule and there were no problems. The seat reservation was once again worthwhile, which I can also recommend to everyone. Unfortunately, the bus was not very clean. There was rubbish lying around and leftovers on the chair. The equipment worked normally except for the backrest of the chair. Unfortunately, it could not be adjusted. What stands out is the low price. You can get from A to B very cheaply.
Advantages
IconA simple booking online
IconA stress-free journey
IconA punctual journey
Disadvantages
IconThe internet on the bus is weak
The booking for the bus trip was very easy to make online and went quickly. The ticket is sent by email and can be presented digitally before departure. I find this very practical and sustainable. The journey was very pleasant and stress-free as there is hardly any walking traffic on the bus. I appreciate the punctuality when travelling by bus, then the train is just too often late, which rarely happens when travelling by bus. The bus driver makes sure you leave on time and if there is not a lot of traffic jams, you arrive at your destination on time. This trip was on time and stress-free. The internet is not always fast, but then you can use your own network, which doesn't always work on a journey. I am happy to recommend the bus trip and am satisfied.
Advantages
IconPleasant journey
IconOn time
IconCompetent bus driver
Disadvantages
IconNone
The journey by bus from Dresden to Berlin was flawless. It was a journey during the night and therefore very quiet and without much traffic on the way. After about 2.5 hours, the bus arrived on time at the Berlin ZOB. The bus was clean and well air-conditioned. The seats are very comfortable, so you have a relaxed ride. The bus driver was also very nice and competent. You really get what is promised. A pleasant journey at a good price. I always enjoy taking the bus and can only recommend this trip.
Advantages
IconGreat price
IconNice staff
IconAll clean
Disadvantages
IconWeak wifi
I took the bus from Dresden to Berlin and I am thrilled. The journey went without any problems and was really relaxed. The bus was on time and there were no delays during the journey. Everything was clean and the seats were very comfortable. A nice atmosphere on the bus and I had a nice conversation with my seatmate. The internet was a bit weak but it worked. I can only recommend the bus ride, especially at this good price.
Advantages
IconPrice
IconComfort
IconConnection
Disadvantages
IconWIFI
IconToilets
IconPunctuality
Some time ago, I was travelling on business from the stopover in Dresden to Berlin. Unfortunately, I have to mention the constantly intermittent wifi. As I was travelling on business, I had to do a few things from my laptop, and unfortunately it's very difficult to do that with constant contact interruptions. The toilets were disappointingly not the cleanest, but still usable. The bus did not arrive on time either, as is usually the case, but that is unfortunately part of everyday life. Despite all this, I have to say that bus rides are a very good value. Above all, there are so many great connections nowadays that you can get anywhere by bus.
Advantages
IconOn time
IconReliable
IconPrice
Disadvantages
IconSeat reservations interfere
IconCleanliness toilet
The equipment of the Flixbus was as usual (wifi, toilet, sockets) and worked without any problems. The noise level was within limits. The seat reservation system is annoying because there is no display and you have to hope at every stop not to have to move. The driver was friendly but only spoke English and Czech. The bus was clean, the toilet unfortunately not. Punctuality was very good, even a little early. There is no need to change buses. The price-performance ratio is very good if you book in time.
Advantages
IconCost effective
IconScenic routes
IconSocial interaction
IconNo need to drive
IconAccessibility
Disadvantages
IconLimited personal space
Embark on a Bus adventure from Dresden to Berlin, where I found convenience meets comfort. Immerse yourself in the journey with complimentary WiFi, ensuring you stay connected while taking in scenic views. The bus places a premium on cleanliness, providing a hygienic and pleasant environment for passengers like me. The efficient trip between Dresden and Berlin lets you make the most of your travelling hours, reaching your destination swiftly. With this trip, I experienced the intersection of modern amenities and punctuality, creating a seamless and enjoyable travelling experience from one vibrant city to another.
Advantages
IconComfortable seating
IconEquipment
IconPrice-performance ratio
Disadvantages
IconToo stuffy air
IconWC unpleasant odours
Equipped with power socket and wifi. The comfortable seats offer comfort. Bus driver was rather tired. Cleanliness in the WC could be better. Journey time 2.5 hours okay. I was able to enjoy my meal there because of the well-equipped table. I did not have to change buses.
