On the positive side, the bus arrived at the station on time. In addition, the staff helped to load the bags shortly afterwards. The journey went smoothly. I neither had to change buses nor was I stuck in a traffic jam. The price for the journey was extremely reasonable. Furthermore, it was possible to book additional luggage. However, the hygiene could have been better. The seats were dirty and there was a bit of a smell.

On the positive side, the bus arrived at the station on time. In addition, it was easy to keep busy during the journey, as wifi access was available. There were also power sockets for every seat. There were no toilets on the bus, which is something to criticise. I also found that the seats were not really comfortable. They are not really suitable for longer journeys.
