Trains to Alicante

Alicante Train Terminal, located centrally in the city, receives long distance trains from most Spanish cities, and there is also an international route to Montpellier, France. There is an urban service that runs to Murcia and San Vicente, and small rail network in the city, known as 'TRAM' which offers regular services throughout the region.

Alicante's bus station receives regular long distance 'ALSA' buses from almost every city in Spain and is located at the city's port, which is easily accessible by foot or by local public transport. This bus station is also very well connected with the central train station, making national and international travel very simple.

The bus is the main public transport method in Alicante. SuBus offers routes to all the major points in the city, including tourist spots, the airport, the train station and local hospitals. There are also night buses, run by 'BUHOS', which run throughout the night. The 'TuriBus' offers a bus route for tourists all over the Alicante. There is also a local tram service, which connects Alicante with areas a little further out of the city centre.
