The timetable was adhered to and the departure was on time. Tickets and reservations were made online and were very easy and hassle-free. Journey time was as expected and there were no delays. Comfort was as expected - unfortunately very crowded and warm - therefore not as comfortable. Wifi and power sockets available and working. Cleanliness in the bus was given and expected. Duration of journey was as advertised and did not change. The price-performance ratio could have been much better.
