Advantages
Iconkind staff
A journey in 1st class, which was really great and very reasonably priced. This was my return journey and the train arrived on time and I also arrived in Frankfurt (Main) on time. I really liked the fact that the staff were very friendly and also did a good job. The services were also good. The food was relatively tasty. I had several power sockets at my seat, which also worked well. The train was very clean and there was also some attention paid to hygiene. It was also very comfortable. I recommend the trip to others.
Advantages
IconAir conditioning
Disadvantages
IconThe train was late
There was one thing I didn't like and that was that my train was delayed, but it wasn't that bad as it was only by a few minutes. There was air conditioning, which worked perfectly. I had enough space, I was comfortable. I was comfortable when I used the toilets. The staff were very entertaining. My train came when it was supposed to come. The wifi was very good. In general, it was a great ride. I would prefer to rate the ride with 4.5 stars.
Advantages
IconGreater
As you can see in the picture, it was my return journey and I really enjoyed it. I felt very comfortable during the journey and made myself comfortable because there was also a lot of space. Also, I was in the open plan and in 1st class. The wifi was good, I could easily use the wifi as it had full signal. The toilets were clean and there were several. It was relatively quiet on the train. I really enjoyed the trip, so it gets 5 stars. I can also recommend the trip because the food was delicious and the staff were very nice.
Advantages
Iconclean train
Disadvantages
IconThe train was late
There was one small thing I didn't like and that was that the train was late, but that was the only thing I didn't like. That was my return journey. The heaters worked, which ensured that no one got cold. You also had your own window at the seat and also a dining table or rather table. The food looked and was very tasty. The staff were very nice and entertaining. I can definitely recommend the trip as there was only one very small thing that I didn't like. In general, the whole train was clean. My ticket was also relatively cheap.
Advantages
IconFavourable fare
Disadvantages
IconGreat delay
IconTechnical defects on the train
My journey started in Nuremberg and one of the stops was via Frankfurt (my final stop was Essen). On the journey, I was first informed that one part of the train was defective and that passengers from two parts of the train would now have to squeeze into one part of the train (during Corona...). Also, it was not possible to travel at the usual cruising speed because the defect was due to a broken window (in a high-speed train). Accordingly, our train had extensive delays. However, the train itself was clean and the staff friendly and accommodating despite the problems. The price was - to get from A to B - really okay. The wifi worked poorly in parts, but there were plenty of sockets available! The comfort was unfortunately somewhat dampened by the "squeezing" into a train section, but should otherwise actually fit well.
Advantages
IconThe service was great.
My ticket was relatively cheap, but the service was incredible. With a return ticket for only €40, I really didn't expect anything, but got so much. The wifi was very good, but not used much. I had access to electricity and even at my comfortable seat. There was a very pleasant volume on the train and if you needed food, you got food. As expected, my train also arrived on time. In any case, I can recommend the trip where it was so cheap and I got so much. The toilets were also very clean and you could use them, plus there were several toilets. Great ride and a very pleasant ride.
Advantages
Iconclean toilets
Disadvantages
Icon!
As you can see from the picture, this was my return journey and there was nothing negative about it. What I liked most was the train itself, as I felt very comfortable with lots of space and good wifi. It was also very hygienic. My train also arrived on time. These are all reasons why the trip gets 5 stars and why I can recommend the trip.
Advantages
IconThe ride felt very fast.
As you can see in the photo below, this was my return journey and it was great. The train itself was very nice and very modern. My ticket was properly (priced) neither too expensive nor too cheap. But the price-performance ratio was great. I had very good wifi and to be honest the wifi was even better than the wifi at my house. (I wish they would add a feature that you can use emojis). I also liked the food, I had a croissant and a tea and both were delicious. There was actually a lot of attention paid to hygiene, although the pandemic has calmed down now, which I also found cool. I had enough space and it was totally quiet on the train. There was nothing I didn't like, I liked everything, so I can pass on the ride. The staff were also very friendly. Great ride !
Advantages
IconCool atmosphere
It was a ride where the atmosphere was very cool. The most positive thing of all was that the staff were very nice and my wifi was very good. The ride felt very fast and the heating worked perfectly, it was also relatively cold outside. Then again, the service impressed me very positively and the price was awesome. This is really a highly recommended ride. I can only recommend it, as the toilets were also very clean, hygienic and very usable. Plus, this was a second class ride. Great ride!
Advantages
Iconvery tasty food
That was my great train journey in 1st class. I travelled alone and had a large room. I was in the non-smoking area and it was great. My train was on time, I had wifi and a comfortable seat. I had a power outlet at my seat and the volume on the train was very pleasant. The trip is highly recommended as my ticket was also cheap. If you needed food, you could get it. I also liked that there was a first aid kit and several fire extinguishers for safety. The toilets were clean. Overall, I can only rate it 5 stars because it was great. As you can see in the picture, this was my return trip.
