Advantages
IconSufficient seating available
IconToilets clean
Disadvantages
IconTrain was delayed
I travelled from Nuremberg to Leipzig by ICE. Unfortunately, the train was 45 minutes late, which was especially annoying when I arrived late at night. Otherwise, there were enough seats, toilets and wifi worked and I could work with my laptop at a seat with a table.
Advantages
IconDirect connection
Disadvantages
IconDelay
Wifi was okay, there were plenty of power sockets. The seats were comfortable and the train was about 50 per cent full. Unfortunately, the train was about 20 minutes late, so I couldn't catch my train afterwards. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. The train staff were friendly.

I quite enjoyed the journey! For once, surprisingly, the train was on time and I had an empty seat, which was still comfortable and clean. Even the toilets were clean, which was very pleasing. The train was very fast and so the journey wasn't exactly long, the fact that I didn't have to change trains also helped. Only the staff were a bit unfriendly to me. I can definitely recommend it!
Advantages
IconFast ticket inspection
IconShort journey time
IconGood equipment
IconCleanliness and hygiene
IconNo delays and no changes
Disadvantages
Iconuncomfortable seats
IconHigh capacity utilisation and noisy atmosphere
This train was very full, as fewer carriages were used. Unfortunately, this also affected the volume in the passenger compartment, making it very loud. The seats weren't very comfortable either, especially as there were no backrests. There were also no tables and a certain amount of legroom. Otherwise, the train itself was very clean and the toilets were hygienic. The staff were very friendly and carried out a quick ticket check. The journey time was also very short, as the regional express did not stop at every station. There were also plenty of power sockets and a stable internet connection. Overall, the train was hardly delayed and I didn't have to change trains until I reached my destination.
