The process of this trip was wonderful. From booking to my destination, and I was very satisfied with this trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The train was relatively quiet, the seats very comfortable and clean. There was wifi and electricity on board, as well as a snack bar. The scenery during the journey was very pleasant and impressive. The toilets were acceptably clean, with plenty of paper towels and soap. I can recommend this train service because for me personally it was smooth and pleasant.

I made the journey by ICE from Frankfurt to Hof. The stopover was Nuremberg main station, so I can evaluate the journey. The train was slightly late, but I was still able to catch my connecting train. The Deutsche Bahn staff were friendly. However, the train was relatively unkempt. Some of the seats in second class were run down. On the positive side, travelling by ICE is very fast. The train was relatively full on this day.

That was my outward journey and I travelled in 1st class. I was in a large room, so I had a lot of space. I also had a lot of space for my luggage. The staff were very nice, friendly and pleasant. The food was delicious. Luckily there were no emergency changes and no technical problems. The wifi had full bars throughout. As everything I noticed was positive, I can only pass on the trip and rate it with 5 stars. Great ride!

It was very quiet on the train, so I could work a bit on my laptop. I also had electricity access at my seat. I liked everything and felt really comfortable and I realised that it was 1st class, so I'm happy to pass on the trip.

I boarded the train and found a clean environment. There was space for luggage and I put my luggage down after I sat down. The service was flawless, my order arrived in a short time and was very identical to the description on the menu and reasonably priced. The toilets were hygienic and there was no shortage of soap and toilet paper. Everything went according to plan, on time. This trip gets five stars and I definitely recommend it.
