The drive to Kassel was all right on the whole. Since you don't drive yourself, you can work during the journey. It was clean on the train. I reserved a seat so I wouldn't have to look for a free seat. The facilities were ok for 2 class. The train was on time in Kassel, so I got my connection and was at the customer's on time.

My train pulled into the station on time. My reserved seat was clean and comfortable. The autumn special in the on-board restaurant was a delicious potato stew. The service was friendly and helpful. The toilets were also clean and hygienic. I will travel by train again.

From Frankfurt am Main to Kassel, the train had been full, but not yet overcrowded. This time, however, it had not been so noisy in the passenger compartment, as there were almost no families on board. The train had power sockets and an internet connection and the seats had been quite comfortable. The toilets all worked and were very clean, as was the passenger compartment and seating area. The staff had been very friendly and made constant announcements. However, the train had accumulated delays on the journey, arriving 25 minutes late at its destination. Otherwise a very relaxing journey!

The train ride from Frankfurt to Kassel was pleasant overall. The staff was friendly and able to answer all questions. The cleanliness of the train was good. Seats were comfortable and the wifi worked well. The bins were empty but smelled a bit harsh. Unfortunately, the ride was a bit noisy and there was no power outlet. Arrival was delayed by a few minutes. Overall, however, the ride was good and is to be recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of travelling by train and would like to share my impressions. The overall experience was quite mixed and characterised by various factors. The wifi on board definitely deserves a positive mention. The connection was stable and made it easy to use internet services during the journey. This was a big plus point, especially for business travellers like me. The seats on the train were comfortable and ergonomically designed, which made for a pleasant seating comfort. The train information during the journey was also averagely good. The displays were clear and easy to understand, although detailed information about intermediate stops and connecting trains could improve the travelling experience. Unfortunately, one negative aspect spoilt my overall experience considerably: the toilet was dirty and made an unkempt impression. There is definitely room for improvement here, as cleanliness is an important criterion for passenger satisfaction. The journey time was within the expected range, but a faster connection could increase the attractiveness of the route. I found the price-performance ratio to be acceptable. Although there is certainly room for price adjustments. Another negative point was the noise level of some passengers, the background noise on the train was annoying at times and reduced comfort. A stronger presence of the train crew would be desirable here to ensure that quiet times are observed. To summarise, my train journey by train was an eventful experience with both light and shade. Improvements in the areas of cleanliness, detailed train formation and volume levels could significantly enhance the overall experience.

On the whole, the train was very reliable and rarely arrived late. There were a few isolated delays, but overall punctuality was very good. The value for money was excellent. The tickets were reasonably priced in my opinion and offered good flexibility when booking. The train was cleaned regularly and the cleanliness was good for the most part. Occasionally the cleaning could have been a little more thorough. The wifi on board was available, but the connection was not always stable and the speed wifi varied. The toilets were in good condition and were regularly serviced. There were enough toilets in the carriages. The seats were extremely comfortable and offered sufficient legroom. The ability to adjust the headrest was very pleasant. Overall, the ICE 272 train was a good choice and I would be happy to recommend it to others.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the journey from Frankfurt am Main to Kassel. First of all, the journey time was extremely short, just under two hours. There was also a bistro on board where you could get tasty snacks and drinks at moderate prices. The train itself was in a very neat and tidy condition. My train arrived on time, but it was a little difficult to get on because of the crowds. Once on the train, I quickly found my seat, which was very comfortable and clean, and had an adjustable armrest and headrest. The staff were friendly. The train was clean and not too noisy.
