During the summer season there are usually two services on a Saturday to London Liverpool Street. At other times of the year, and also on weekdays during the summer, to reach Great Yarmouth from other parts of the country it is necessary to travel to the city of Norwich first. Services between Great Yarmouth and Norwich generally run every hour on weekdays, with extra services operating every half-hour during peak morning and evening times.
