The train had been very full during the journey. This made it very noisy on the train. However, the cleanliness had been surprisingly good and the train was on time. The staff greeted me in a friendly manner when I boarded, which I liked a lot. The seats had also been comfortable.
Advantages
IconVery nice view
IconComfort
Disadvantages

IconLong journey
The train was comparatively empty and correspondingly quiet. It was a new carriage with clean toilets. The seats were very comfortable and also very clean. The ticket inspection also went without a hitch and the employee was very nice. And then the view, especially on the railway bridge in Rendsburg, was really great, almost breathtaking. Unfortunately, the price was a little more expensive, but there were also extras such as wifi and power sockets, unfortunately only on 4-seater seats.
Advantages
IconFriendly and helpful staff
IconToilets and passenger compartment were clean
IconTrain was on time and no change was necessary
Disadvantages
IconVery loud despite low capacity utilisation
IconSeats a little too hard
On the train from Flensburg to Hamburg main station, it was very loud in the passenger compartment despite the low capacity utilisation. The staff were so friendly that they pointed out to the noisy passengers that they should be a little quieter. There were plenty of power sockets on the train and a stable internet connection throughout the journey. I found the seats a bit hard this time. There was also a snack machine in the centre of the train. The toilet and the passenger compartment in the train were clean. As the train was also not delayed and I didn't have to change trains, the journey was fine for me.
Advantages
IconPunctual and uncomplicated
Disadvantages
IconCould only gather positive experiences
The train service was generally punctual, with only minimal delays. The cleanliness of the train was satisfactory. The seats and general area were tidy. It was positive to note that there were sufficient power sockets on the train. The train was easily accessible for people with disabilities, ramps and lifts were available. The toilets were generally clean, but there were times when toilet paper or soap was missing. The wifi on the train was available, but the connection was not always stable. Overall, my journey from Flensburg to Hamburg was satisfactory. The positive aspects outweigh the negative, and the suggestions for improvement mentioned could help to further optimise the travel experience.
