SlowlyUncomfortableTicket purchase is easily available online. Reservation and seat selection was easy when purchasing the ticket. Journey time was as expected and did not change. Comfort on the bus was as expected - unfortunately very full and therefore it was very hot. Cleanliness in the bus/on the seats - WC was not used. Service was not available, but the bus driver was friendly. Journey duration did not change and was as expected/ indicated. Power sockets and wifi were available and fully functional. Value for money could be better for this experience.
