Very pleasing was once again the punctuality and the fast ride! The bus was quite full, which is why I always recommend a reservation anyway. The equipment worked perfectly and the bus was really clean. There was almost no interaction with the driver, so I can't rate that. Big plus is the low price, especially since it was a night trip. A good option if you want to go cheap and fast.
Advantages
IconThe ticket is cheap
IconThe journey is on time
IconBooking is simple
Disadvantages
IconThe internet connection on the bus is weak
I would like to recommend the bus journey to others. I find booking the ticket easy and it is convenient that a digital ticket is sufficient to start the journey. The journey to Berlin was direct and the bus arrived at the destination on time. As there is hardly any walking traffic on the bus, the journey is not so hectic and you can travel comfortably. Unfortunately, the internet connection was often weak during the journey, but I don't find that too bad. In general, the price-performance ratio is fabulous and the bus trip is highly recommended.

IconComfortable journey
Disadvantages

The journey by bus from Hamburg to Berlin was very quiet and pleasant. It was a night journey and we arrived on time in Berlin at the ZOB after a 3.5 hour journey. The bus driver was very nice and courteous. It was a very relaxed journey as the seats are also very comfortable and allow enough freedom of movement. The bus was clean and well ventilated. I did not sleep during the journey and therefore used the free internet, which worked perfectly. I can only recommend this trip and will continue to take the bus in the future.

My journey by bus from Hamburg to Berlin was really pleasant. There were no delays and we arrived on time. The bus driver was friendly and the passengers were also very polite. The whole journey was quiet and relaxing. My seat was comfortable and the bus was clean. I didn't use the toilet but didn't hear any complaints about the cleanliness from any of the other passengers. All in all a great trip, with lots of nice people and super atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Advantages

IconNot Expensive
Disadvantages
IconSitting for long periods
IconLong wait
For the price, you get absolute safety. Personally, I am very afraid of flying and often don't have the money. The bus ride makes it easier for me. I feel safe and get to my destination for a very good price. The driver was very friendly, they kept to the schedule and got you to your destination comfortably. There was free wifi, power sockets and the bus was air-conditioned. Very modern and clean. It was very quiet on the bus, I could sit back and also sleep as it was comfortable. I was very happy with my journey from Hamburg to Berlin!
Advantages
IconOn time
Disadvantages
IconWIFI
My journey from Hamburg to Berlin by IC/EC was relatively pleasant, but the wifi didn't work very well. But that was also the only drawback. The comfortable seats were very pleasant and it was not too noisy. The service was good and the staff friendly. The cleanliness was satisfactory and the standard of hygiene was good. The train was on time and the value for money is good.
Advantages
IconGood choice of seats
IconFast connection
IconCleanliness
IconPrice
Disadvantages
IconPoor wifi
IconPunctuality
The return journey home started on time but ended with a delay, which made connections difficult. The train was clean and hardly full. We didn't need a seat reservation and had a great seat. The toilets were also clean, which was my big fear at first. The wifi was unfortunately subterranean. I could hardly work because nothing was charging. Otherwise, I had a socket at my seat and could at least charge my iPad. The connection is great and fast. The ticket is also relatively cheap if you book it early.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
Disadvantages
IconInternet
The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, as is usually the case. There are bottles of beer and other drinks lying around, as well as rubbish from some food packaging. And the internet on the journey is unbelievably bad. Departure was on time, though, and the staff were very friendly.
Advantages
Iconrapid travel
Disadvantages
Iconuncomfortable seats
The journey with the Flixbus went by quickly for the distance and the price-performance ratio is also definitely right here, which is therefore more worthwhile for this type of route than resorting to a train journey. However, I didn't find the seats very comfortable, as my buttocks were already a bit sore after the journey, but this was just about bearable for four hours. Luggage can be stowed very easily and safely and check-in was also smooth. The wifi reception worked well, as did the power sockets available in each row of seats. The bus itself was kept clean, as were the toilets. Our bus driver was friendly, the journey started on time and the bus arrived in Berlin on time as planned. It was also possible to have a good chat with the guests, which was quite funny for the duration of the journey!
Advantages
Iconcomfortable seat
Icongood wifi
Icongood hygiene
Disadvantages
Iconunpunctual
I travelled by Flixbus from Hamburg to Berlin for a trade fair. The bus arrived in Hamburg on time. However, there were problems on the way, so we arrived in Berlin about 30-40 minutes late. Apart from the unpunctuality, the journey was very pleasant. The seats are very comfortable and have a power socket for charging laptops and mobile phones. The wifi was okay, but I switched to my mobile phone. The toilet is very narrow, but it's only a bus toilet. Nevertheless, it was pretty clean for the conditions. The bus driver was very nice and helped with loading and unloading the luggage. Despite the delay, the journey was actually quite pleasant. The price was very reasonable at 13 euros, so you can't complain. Always happy to do it again!
Advantages
IconSpeed
IconEquipment such as wifi, WC comfortable seats etc.
IconVery friendly bus driver
Disadvantages
IconTraffic jams can make the whole journey unbearable, luckily we were only stuck in gridlocked traffic for a very short time
The bus journey from Hamburg to Berlin was extremely pleasant, you only had to stop once, and that was within Hamburg and so the journey was extremely smooth, the bus was clean, comfortable and you could go to the toilet during the journey, which was a big advantage over other buses and it was not overcrowded, but a very pleasantly distributed passenger constellation and the bus driver was extremely nice and did not create an unpleasant atmosphere during the journey.
