I wanted to visit a friend in Bratislava and travelled from Vienna on the Flixbus. For me, the bus journey was the best choice as it was only half the price of the train journey. The journey took just over an hour and we arrived on time, right down to the minute. The capacity utilisation was average. I particularly liked the fact that the bus made an extremely new impression on me. The cleanliness of the bus was also impeccable. In my opinion, Flixbus is the most convenient option for the Vienna - Bratislava route and I will definitely use it again in the future.

Especially considering that the journey only takes an hour and a half. The biggest drawback for me was definitely that it was quite difficult to find the bus stop at the main station. I travelled by bus from Vienna to Bratislava, and although the ticket was cheap and you had a fixed seat, the experience was unfortunately not particularly good. The journey took much longer than by train - almost 2 hours in total, and the bus arrived late, which made the start of the journey stressful. The climate on the bus was not pleasant, it was far too hot and the air conditioning barely worked. There was also much less legroom, which made the journey quite uncomfortable, especially on longer journeys. OK for the price, but I will probably prefer the train next time.
