The seats were very compliant and the service was also very friendly. You could reserve your seat online as well as on the spot. The train was very clean. Apart from that, however, all the trains were on time and I reached Hamburg without any delays. The cleanliness of most of the trains was okay, although not perfect. It was a very long journey from Regensburg to Hamburg, especially because of the many changes. Apart from that, I can say that the trains seemed well maintained and technically flawless. They were clean and comfortably equipped. Especially in first class. There was an on-board bistro, although it was a little expensive in my opinion. However, the service was very good. All in all, a connection worth recommending.

This was due to the good signposting at the stations. In addition, all trains arrived on time and the destination stations were also on time. It was clean and hygienic on board.
