Outdoor displays did not workEverything was fine in terms of comfort and equipment in the regional express from Lüneburg to Hamburg. The service was good, the ticket inspector was nice and helpful and this time there was also a snack machine. What was not good this time, however, were the outside displays on the train. They didn't work, so you were unsure where it was going. Inside the train, the displays and announcements worked again. But since the journey was perfect, I give it 5 stars.

The staff were friendly and greeted us on boarding and checked the tickets quite quickly. The seats here were very comfortable and clean and had plenty of power sockets and a stable internet connection. Unfortunately, there were no snack vending machines on the train this time. The toilets were also not so clean and the smell in the toilet was not nice. Otherwise, the train arrived at my destination on time and without changing trains, so I thought the journey was fine.
