The journey was really very relaxed, we arrived in Heidelberg without having to change trains. The price-performance ratio is excellent. There is even wifi and power sockets on the train. The train was a little late, but the service was still very friendly. It was also possible to reserve tickets and you were then allocated a specific seat. The train and the toilets were really clean.
