I would highly recommend the train journey because, above all, the train left on time and arrived on time. In addition, there was a waitress on the train who offered food to the passengers. The train was very clean overall. The toilets also looked freshly cleaned. Unfortunately, the train had a lack of facilities, such as no wifi and no fold-out tables.

IconNo weaknesses
When I got in, I could first charge my mobile phone and throw away my rubbish. Then I could go to the toilet, and I was surprised how clean it all was. The service was friendly and offered me a drink. There was wifi on the train. I was also able to sleep in peace because of the reasonable volume. There was also no need to change trains and the price-quality ratio was perfect.

I travelled from Hamburg central station to Copenhagen. The train journey itself was very relaxed. The service was very, very good and the staff were very helpful! Unfortunately, the facilities were not very good, the wifi didn't really work most of the time and the toilets were also not usable due to renovations.

Some time ago I took the ICE from Hamburg main station to Copenhagen. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful... The price was also convincing. However, the hygienic condition in the train could have been a bit better... There were no problems with unpunctuality.

This was a very pleasant train journey, although the train was late, the journey was very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly. The toilets, tables and seats were clean and I did not see any visible stains. The power sockets worked without any loose connection and the wifi was available all the time. The seats were also very comfortable, which made the ride that much more enjoyable. I recommend this ride to others.

The train ride was good and I had wifi and a power socket. The seats were very comfortable and the volume was pleasant. I didn't have any food, but the service was very friendly. I could reserve a seat and was given information about the journey beforehand. The toilets were very dirty and it almost made me throw up. I didn't have to change trains and the train was on time. But the price-quality ratio is good.

The journey from Hamburg to Copenhagen was really very pleasant and can be recommended. The train left on time at 7.25am and arrived at around 12.30pm. During the journey I used the toilet, which was very clean and had plenty of toilet paper. The train also had a large compartment for my luggage, which was also very helpful. The only problem, which wasn't dramatic, is that the train staff only appeared twice, so I couldn't ask for help.

Cons
IconLong journey
IconNot getting as much sleep
I reserved my seat in advance. When the train finally arrived, I was escorted straight to my seat as I boarded. The seats were relaxed and clean, which I really enjoyed. The toilet was also quite clean, which was good because nobody wants to do their business in a dirty toilet. The service was really nice and also asked me questions. It was very quiet and yet I didn't get too much sleep. I didn't have to change trains, which was good. In the end, the journey was fine and only 5 minutes late, but I'm not going to make an issue of that.
