IconCourteous staff
Disadvantages

I really enjoyed the train ride. There was free wifi and power sockets on the train, which I found really remarkable. The staff were very friendly to me and polite too. The seats were very cosy and comfortable, plus I had enough space to stretch out during the journey. The toilet was clean. The train arrived exactly on time and had no delays or anything else. Everything went great
Advantages
IconFriendly staff
IconComfortable seats and equipment
IconNo change necessary
Disadvantages
IconDelay 10 minutes
IconPassenger compartment dirty
The journey was without any changes. The staff had been very friendly and quick in checking tickets and the seats were very comfortable and had power sockets, internet connection and 2 recliners per seat. However, I found the cleanliness on the train unacceptable. In the toilets, again, this was fine and had also had a pleasant smell. Otherwise, the train had been 10 minutes late, but this had not had any consequences for me.
Advantages
IconStaff was friendly
IconBoard bistro was open
IconEquipment and seats were good
IconNo delays at the destination station
Disadvantages
IconToo loud in the passenger compartment
IconCleanliness on the floors and on the tables
This train had been very full and it was therefore very noisy in the passenger compartment. The train had been a bit dirty in the corridors and at the tables in the seating area. The toilets, on the other hand, were quite clean. The staff was quite friendly and the on-board bistro was open. The facilities on the train were adequate with power sockets and an internet connection and the seats were comfortable. The train had not been delayed at the destination station.
Advantages
Iconfriendly service staff
IconSockets at every seat
IconComfortable seats
Iconpunctual
Disadvantages
IconVery loud in some carriages
When I travelled from Duisburg to Hamburg by train, I first noticed the friendly service staff when I had problems with the wifi. The problems were solved and the power sockets at every seat were also pleasing. The seats were also very comfortable and not hard, as others have reported. The train was on time in Hamburg, without any delays. What I didn't like was the high volume in full carriages, otherwise I can only recommend the journey.
