The seats were very cosy and comfortable, plus I had enough space to stretch out during the journey. The toilet was clean. The train arrived exactly on time and had no delays or anything else. The train had been a bit dirty in the corridors and at the tables in the seating area. The toilets, on the other hand, were quite clean. The staff was quite friendly and the on-board bistro was open. The facilities on the train were adequate with power sockets and an internet connection and the seats were comfortable. The train had not been delayed at the destination station.

The problems were solved and the power sockets at every seat were also pleasing. The seats were also very comfortable and not hard, as others have reported.
The train was on time in Hamburg, without any delays.
What I didn't like was the high volume in full carriages, otherwise I can only recommend the journey.
