Advantages
IconGood price-performance ratio
IconFast and punctual
Disadvantages
IconEverything went smoothly
The train service was mostly on time, with only minor delays of a few minutes. The ticket price was reasonable, but slightly improved facilities or additional service could optimise the price-performance ratio. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory. Seats and carriages were cleaned regularly. The wifi on board was mostly stable, but there were problems with the connection in some sections of the route. The toilet facilities were mostly clean and well equipped. However, there was a bit of a queue in front of the toilets at peak times. Overall, I found this train connection to be very pleasant and would be happy to recommend it to others.
Advantages
IconNice staff
IconPunctual
Disadvantages
IconDirty toilet
The wifi worked perfectly on the train and the sockets also fulfilled their purpose. The train was not particularly full and there were plenty of seats. The seats were comfortable and the journey was quiet. The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, some of the toilets were dirty, but there were alternative facilities. The journey took 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Advantages
IconReliable
IconFriendly staff
Disadvantages
IconEverything was fine
My train connection was surprisingly punctual, which made me very happy. The train was accessible, there were lifts and wide doors for wheelchair users. The train was clean and bright, the seats were clean and very comfortable. The cleanliness in the toilet was okay, but there was a lack of soap. The staff were very friendly and were able to help me. My conclusion: a punctual train connection that was very clean and pleasant.
