The wifi worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and offered me coffee at my seat. There was an on-board bistro and a toilet. You could reserve seats online for an extra charge. I did not have to change seats.

Cleanliness outsideThe S-Bahn to Hanover was very dirty from the outside, especially because of the many graffiti. They had covered the entire carriage, so there was no way to look out of the window. Inside, however, it was very clean, especially in the toilets. The train staff had been friendly when checking tickets and the announcements worked. Seats and furnishings were fine and the train had everything you need in a suburban train. Otherwise, the train was on time.

I had to travel this route on business and although I forgot to reserve a seat, there were more than enough seats available. The journey is very short, only about 20 minutes, but it would take much longer by car, especially in rush hour. The Deutsche Bahn staff were very friendly, the hygiene as well as the cleanliness on the train was also very pleasant and generally there are no points that bothered me. I would recommend the trip again, especially as it only cost about twenty euros and was therefore unbeatable value for money.
