The train was not delayed at all. I got on the train and it seemed very quiet. I sat down on the seat and rested. People were very happy with the work of the workers, and so was I. I had full internet on my phone. I wanted to spend some time. Uninterrupted and strong internet. I ordered a café for myself. The smell of the café hit my nose, it smelled really good. I happily drank my coffee and spent time on the internet. This was a second class ride, which I recommend.

This trip was in second class and was great. The train arrived on time, I also arrived on time. The journey took about three and a half hours. The wifi was good. The seats were comfortable. There was air conditioning, which made sure it didn't get too hot inside. The whole train was very clean. I can very happily recommend this trip.

From Cologne to Hanover, you could go straight through without changing trains. However, the train had been very crowded and had ended up being 85 minutes late. Due to this delay, the staff had been very overwhelmed and there was no ticket control. However, they made an effort to give other passengers information. The train itself was clean and the toilets were in an acceptable condition. The seats were comfortable and there was plenty of equipment. The atmosphere was normal for the situation.

Journey from Cologne to Hanover. The train was 10 minutes late and during the journey the train had to stand on the track for another 90 minutes due to an emergency doctor. Otherwise it was a direct connection without changing trains. The train had power sockets, wifi, toilets which all worked well. The staff were knowledgeable and nice. There was an on-board bistro. I booked the ticket via the train app. I could have booked a seat reservation there as well. The train was clean, the compartment was occupied and only slightly. Except for the delay, it was a good journey.

I had to travel from Cologne to Hanover for a business meeting and used the Deutsche Bahn ICE. From boarding to arrival, everything went smoothly. The seats were very comfortable and offered enough legroom and storage space for small luggage. The train offered a bistro with a wide variety of drinks and snacks. The internet was good enough to write emails and do some web surfing. The staff on board were helpful and very polite. In general, the train was very modern and the toilets were surprisingly clean. The train was not delayed and we arrived in Hanover on time. I would definitely take this trip again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and reliable way to travel from Cologne to Hanover.
Advantages

Disadvantages

IconNo access to the Board Bistro
I took the ICE from Cologne to Hanover on business. Luckily I had a seat reservation. Otherwise it would not have been a good idea to travel. The train was very busy, so many people had to stand and were also in the way. My seat was also occupied at first, until I asked the person nicely to leave. Unfortunately, the ticket inspector was not too friendly. However, one can understand it with the crowd of people. I was able to plug in my MacBook between the seats. However, working in the area was not possible. Since it was also so crowded, I couldn't go to the Board Bistro. Even to the toilet one really had to make an effort. Accordingly, these were also no longer clean. In terms of price, the outward journey alone was very expensive. Nevertheless, the train ride is still my absolute favourite.

We travelled by Deutsche Bahn ICE from Cologne Central Station to Hanover Central Station in May 2021. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I gladly give this trip four out of five stars. The train was well organised and on time when boarding I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me find my seat. The seats in the ICE were comfortable and had ample legroom. I was able to relax and even take a nap during the journey. The word staff were attentive and helpful. They were always present and available to help passengers with any questions they had. The overall customer service was satisfactory. For the most part, the journey went smoothly, the train ran at a reasonable speed and reached its destination on time. The journey time passed quickly and I even had the opportunity to do my work during the journey as there was, wifi on board, however, there were some minor inconveniences during the journey. The wifi was sometimes slow and unstable, which made using the swords. In addition, the toilets on the train were not always in the best condition and could be cleaned better. Despite these minor shortcomings, I was overall very satisfied with my trip. I would consider this connection again for future trips.

I boarded the train and it looked very modern and nice. The seats were comfortable and clean. The train was also clean, there was no rubbish lying around, and it was the same in the toilets. I ordered a coffee. My coffee arrived quickly and was delicious. The staff did a good job and were respectful. The wifi presented no problems and worked wonderfully throughout. I didn't notice anything negative, so the ride gets five stars.
Advantages

IconCheap seats bookable
IconPunctual journey
Disadvantages
IconInternet connection was not optimal
The ticket for my journey to Hanover was very cheap, even if I booked at short notice. I also booked my seat and the adjoining seat and had a relaxed journey with plenty of space and no annoying seat neighbours. The train seemed to be older, but clean. As the seats are already very cramped, I am always happy when I have my neighbouring seat free. The staff were nice and gave me very friendly information about the journey. The journey was on time and generally everything was fine, except for the internet, which didn't work perfectly. However, I wouldn't complain about the cheap ticket and would recommend the journey to anyone.

I was also impressed by the ICE route from Cologne to Hanover. In addition to the really good price and the short journey time of just over 3 hours, I was also impressed as usual by the excellent equipment of the ICE. The only point that could be criticised on this journey was the unusually high occupancy rate for an ICE, as all the seats were actually occupied and sometimes people even had to stand. All in all, this was still a really solid journey, provided you have a seat reservation.

I travelled with my colleague to a training course in Hanover. For once, the train was very punctual. We had booked an earlier connection so that we would be there on time. The train was fairly new and therefore equipped with wifi and there was also a way to charge your mobile phone. The train was very clean and the toilets were also easy to use. There was a board bistro, so you were well catered for, but the prices are very expensive.
