East Midland Mainline Trains to Bedford depart from St. Pancras International every 15 to 20 minutes. Trains reach Bedford in approximately 40 minutes. This is a long distance train which generally only makes a single stop at Luton. Bedford is also serviced by London Midland trains service. An alternative rail option is to take the First Capital Connect train service. Trains depart from Kings Cross Thameslink, Farringdon or Blackfriars.
