My flight from Milan to Paris (AF1733) was very pleasant overall. The timetable information was clear and the online booking was easy. The seat reservation worked perfectly, which meant I got a comfortable window seat in economy class. There was wifi and power sockets on board, the staff were very courteous and the aircraft was clean. The flight took an hour and a half without a stopover and we arrived on time. The price-performance ratio was good. An unexpected highlight was the excellent customer service, which helped me to quickly find my lost jacket, which saved me a lot of stress.

My flight this year from Rome to Barcelona was a nice experience. At the entrance of the aircraft we were greeted warmly by the staff. The flight took off 5 minutes late and after about two and a half hours we reached Barcelona. The plane was completely clean, you couldn't see any residue from previous travellers. The flight was rather expensive in comparison, which is why I give it four out of five stars.

My flight from Rome to Barcelona (AF1548) went smoothly. The timetable was clear and the online ticket booking was easy. I reserved a window seat in economy class. The flight took off on time at 11:35 and lasted 5 hours. The seats were comfortable and the noise level in the aircraft was moderate. There was wifi for a fee and power sockets at every seat. The cabin crew were friendly and the hygiene was impeccable. The price was reasonable for the services offered. It was particularly positive that I reached my connecting flight without any problems despite a short transfer time.

The journey from Rome to Barcelona was amazing. The price was reasonable compared to other transport options and definitely worth it for the distance! In addition, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They explained exactly the safety rules during the flight or dealt with important concerns of your customers. There were also numerous films, music and games. So I was always entertained and never bored. The seats were comfortable. This allowed me to relax during the journey. However, the hygiene conditions were poor, as the toilets were not clean and hygienic. They also smelled very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I didn't arrive in Barcelona on time. The timetable was therefore not really adhered to. The noise level was not ideal. But overall the trip was great because of the price and the excellent service.

The journey from Rome to Barcelona was a great flight. Firstly, I would like to emphasise the affordable price. I was able to save a lot of money. I also arrived in Barcelona on time, which is a great advantage. The staff on board were very friendly and helpful. At the beginning, I received an informative and understandable briefing in the aircraft. Then the flight attendants were always there for you and looked after the guests reliably. However, the seats were not particularly comfortable and offered little legroom and space to sit down. The volume on board was also not appropriate or regulated. Unfortunately, I was unable to rest. However, I am very satisfied with my flight, as the features such as the price and the service from the staff were convincing.
