This flight was actually relatively relaxed. I went to boarding, everything went smoothly. I went in, was greeted by the staff, staff were very nice, punctuality and price performance was also very good, when I boarded, the comfort was great. My seat could be reclined. Everything was perfect. Wifi was cheap and worked well. The toilets were a bit dirty, but I would still give the flight four out of five stars.

The flight from Madrid to Roma with Lufthansa was a great journey that I really enjoyed. The ticket was reasonably priced and I arrived in Roma on time, which was good for me as I had a meeting straight after the flight. The wifi on board was efficient, stable and fast. This meant I was online around the clock and could do important work. Booking the ticket was easy and was done online with informative instructions. However, there were no power sockets on board, which meant that the equipment was not available. Overall, however, I really liked the ticket.

Our flight from Madrid to Rome was very pleasant overall. The aircraft was clean and the flight itself was quiet, so we were able to relax and enjoy the journey. The price-performance ratio was also good, so we felt completely at ease. Unfortunately, some of the cabin crew had a cold, which was understandable but somewhat unfavourable. Nevertheless, this did not detract too much from the positive overall impression of the flight, as the service was friendly and courteous. All in all, a good experience!

Disadvantages
IconHygiene
The hygiene on this flight was not good at all. The toilets were very unclean. That's why I gave the flight two out of five stars. But boarding was relatively quick. The food was also acceptable. The staff were very nice. And the online booking was very easy.

I think the only thing you can praise on this flight is the hygiene. When I boarded the aircraft, it was very clean, even in the toilets. The boarding time was relatively slow. But the staff were rude during boarding and in flight. The food was not tasty. And in general, the price-performance ratio was not very good. I would therefore give the flight two out of five stars.
