Milan MIL to Bari BRI flight with KM Malta Airlines

On this flight, the toilets were once again not good, as there was no toilet paper and there was no cleaning. The price performance and punctuality of the flight were very good. The comfort on this flight was also very good. I would therefore give this flight four out of five stars.

Check-in was quick, both online and at the airport. I was able to get my boarding pass conveniently via the ITA Airways app, which made the whole process much quicker. There were no long queues at the airport and boarding was quick and stress-free. As it was a short-haul flight, the seats were okay. The space was sufficient, even if the legroom might be a little tight for taller people. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly but not overly attentive. There was a small snack and drinks, which was perfectly adequate for a flight of this duration. The crew did their job well, but the service was nothing to write home about. The flight was on time, both on take-off and on arrival in Bari.

I used the online check-in, which worked smoothly. My boarding pass was quickly on my mobile phone and I had no problems at the airport. I found it particularly practical that I could also choose my seat online without any problems, which gave me the flexibility to choose the seat I wanted. Everything was very relaxed at the airport in Milan. I arrived a little early and the security checks were quick without me having to queue for long. The area for ITA Airways was also well signposted, which made it easy to find the gate. Boarding went quite quickly and without any chaos. Although the flight was full, there was no confusion and the staff were friendly and helpful when it came to getting passengers onto the aircraft quickly. The flight itself was short and pleasant. The aircraft was modern and well maintained. The seats were perfectly fine for such a short flight. The flight was smooth and without any major turbulence. I was particularly impressed by the punctual handling: We took off and landed exactly on schedule, which always leaves a good impression. Once we arrived in Bari, the landing was also very smooth and on time. The airport is manageable but well organised.

The boarding time was very good, even though I was in group two, it was relatively quick. When I boarded the aircraft, the hygiene was very poor, which is why I gave the flight two out of five stars. But the food was relatively good. Lots of exclusives. I can book the whole flight online.
