The train connection was extremely punctual, which is crucial for me as a traveller. The fare was reasonable compared to other modes of transport and the quality of the journey justified the price. The cleanliness of the train was impressive. The seats, floors and windows were all well maintained. The cleaning staff seemed to work efficiently. The toilets on the train were clean and well equipped. However, slightly more frequent cleaning during the longer journeys could be beneficial. The seats were extremely comfortable and the generous leg room made for a pleasant journey. To summarise, my experience of this train service was very positive.
